About Us
Geoff and Dawn have over 55 years of experience running pubs (between them !) and pride themselves on making a pub a place where everyone is welcome. Traditional home cooked food is available from snacks to a full meal at very reasonable prices. All our meat is from Parminters Butchers a few doors away, their Ham is incredible and people travel miles just for a slice !
Obviously this is on our menu - and when the Ducks from the Ensleigh Duck Farm are laying (otherwise we use their free range chicken eggs) Ham, Egg and Chips is one of the most popular items on our menu. We also cook traditional steak and kidney pies, home made burgers, and lots of good English food (with the occasional Lasagne or Curry thrown in !!)
